Myrdhin Frey is the author of historically inspired fantasy fiction set on the continent of Oraulian.
Born in 1998, Myrdhin studied English and Dutch Literature and Linguistics at Ghent University in Belgium. At present, he teaches languages and writes fiction in his historical hometown of Bruges.
As an author of English fantasy fiction, Myrdhin explores ways in which traditional literature and historical fiction may inform non-realist genres. His fantasy worlds are constructed to represent the diversity of cultures, peoples and genders in the past and present. His stories explore human relationships, strengths and flaws in realistic and fantastical contexts.
Myrdhin writes modern poetry in English and Dutch exploring individual emotions and present-day challenges and conflicts.
